BUT
whoever scouted RvW must have seen that he was not physically built for the Prem?
and was this scout completely unaware that NCFC would be operating a defence-at-all-costs system, thereby denying him the kind of service that he was used to receiving?
Did the scout fail to make this calls?
or did CH override and sign him anyway?
