Now we know why India don't use DRS.

Ballance, out but not out in both Innings.

I believe if the home side uses DRS in tests, then it should use it against ALL other test sides. It shouldn't be that because India don't believe in using it, the other side should be penalised by it not being available.

DRS may not be 100% reliable... but it solves more controversies than not.
