Our poorer teams are financially better off than their Spanish equivalents.

It's quite difficult to measure how good they are in comparison though because we appear go have an entirely different approach to the Europa League. Is Spain's sixth best team better than Everton? I don't really know. Can anyone be sure?

As for Barca and Real, they have probably always been the biggest and best clubs to play for in the world and south American players are always more likely to go to a Latin country anyway.
