West Ham bid for Olson rejected

Sky sources understand that West Ham United have seen their opening bid for Norwich City defender Martin Olsson rejected by the Canaries. Sam Allardyce has been a long-term fan of the 26-year-old Sweden international since their time together at Blackburn Rovers. A number of other clubs, including West Brom, are also looking closely at Olsson.
