I would think that the factor to consider

is that you already have the interview. Therefore they clearly like your application and are considering you for the role.

I think you should be honest about your current salary (they might check after all) however there is no harm in saying that as a person with your experience you would be looking for some salary progression.

You can only really blow it by slapping an inflated salary on the table as your right. But again, as they already like you, you *do* have some negotiation options as long as you do it firmly but with respect.
