I've lost half a stone in three weeks.

Now at 13st 4 - trying to get to around 12st 8 for my holiday in August.

No magic - just cutting out crap snacks, eating smaller portions, more fresh stuff and some carb-free evenings. Plus more walking.

There's no mystery to weight loss.
