No player better gave the impression of working hard

when not actually working hard at all, than Snodgrass.

Watching him live was so instructive. So much noise and fury when the ball was near him. Fuck all effort when it wasn't.

He was an ok player for us, absolutely nothing more. Not fit to tie the bootlaces of Darren Eadie or Ruel Fox. Absolutely no better than Keith O'Neill.
