England have only lost their two games by one goal each. So would be in a relatively good position and would definitely be above Uruguay if they all finished on three points.

With Costa Rica it depends on how much they lose to Italy by, but a 2 goal win would definitely be enough for England v Costa Rica if all three teams finished on three points.
