He probably should. He's looked totally spent the last couple of months, and that's after a season where Liverpool played hardly any games. He's not going to be in any state to play a useful role in France in 2 years time, and since there are now 24 teams in the Euro finals qualification will be piss easy. So we don't even need him for that. Bow out gracefully.
