that one of the keys to unlock the problem is better facilities.
when i played alte herren fussball in germany the facilities were simply top notch even in tinny pot tinpot tiny german towns. that and good organisation. very good organisers are the germans as well we know.
don't know if the facilities were state provided or not but they were obviously breeding grounds for growing the sport.
cultural thing an that. suffern similar would never happen in this country. shame.
