Yep, indeed - I had it down as our best performance in 10 years

In Euro 04 we lost our first group game to France having played well and we were then impressive against Croatia and Switzerland. We were also pretty decent against Portugal in the QF.

Since then, absolutely nothing... until last night.

That's why the mood today is quite measured. We can see potential and hope at last after a dark decade.
