Just had our house surveyed for a re-mortgage valuation
Mrs n wanted it looking nice and clean although, to be fair, I'm not sure that my lunch plate will affect the valuation.
Nerve-wracking stuff though. I was really trying to sell the place to the surveyor which, of course, I imagine he's *never* had happen before.
