Well it's a newly converted flat

Water knows I live here but don't seem to want to send me any bills just letters confirming my change of address even though I spoke to them on phone at start of year and a few months ago someone from water company checked which flats take which water source including mine so looked like something was being sorted

Then had loads of convos with electric company who apparently supply me and contacted me at start of year to see if I wanted to use them and they said my meter number given to me was registered in f**king Cornwall so I might not be registered with national grid or something and left it with them to sort out and they haven't rung me back since or even sent any letters.

Basically very thick f**ks.
