Wrath US travel advice please - me and Mrs Kirrie......

are off to Florida on Sat for a fly drive. We are spending the first nine days based at Marco Island in SW Florida, so good for the Everglades and the Keys.

Ten we're up to DC to spend the last few days with friends.

Any recommendations for the Keys and the Everglades gratefully received?
