yeah, it's certainly the exception rather than the rule for a

highly rated and talented underdog to turn over the established teams when it matters.

Agree about Holland, although they seem to have done similar to England - got rid of a lot of the old guard and have a young squad now, so could be a bit more exciting.

Chile play Australia first as well, which could be an advantage if they win, but there will also be loads of pressure and expectation on them - when they might have preferred to start as underdogs against one of the others, with less pressure.
