this season has proved that, so has a fair amount of last season
And before the 3 loan signings that made us a prem side, the early results of 2003 season and the results of the 2002/03 show that worthington isn't exactly the man to turn things around
He also has a track record in a previous job of relegating another team
So yeah sacking him doesn't guarantee results but keeping him doesn't either
