Does anyone know anything about first aid? Is there such thing as 'qualified first aider'?
I want to learn first-aid, mainly for personal benefits but also it may help to have skills relating to first-aid in the workplace - I presumed that there would be a set course that someone would undertake to become 'qualified'.
I've looked on St John's website and also Red Cross and seen the courses that they offer, but apart from the skills what accreditation do they offer? And what do you have to do to maintain that accreditation?
Any help / advice is appreciated, thanks.
