FFS give the board a bit of credit.....They found that putting so much responsibility in
CH's hands was too much for him to handle so they are building a team, like most businesses do. Each job will have specific tasks and responsibilities. They have seen some promise in the way NA tackled the job, but have given him more support than CH had. Whether it was also offered to CH at some point and he refused we may never know......
