Had a mkV 2.0lt GTI golf.......

From new, in metallic black. Was f**king brilliant and apart from the odd Volvo I've pretty well stuck with VW all the way thru good experience with them. My 11 plate passant has now done 82k and it still drives like new. Apart from the odd scratch when cleaned up you'd have never thought it had been beasted..... So much so I'm turning down beemers Audis amongst about 10 other Manfs to get another
