Right, so I'm in trap 2 for my 10am constitutional, and a guy has plonked himself next door in trap 1, and in the course of what sounded like a perfectly normal non-tricky movement, has flushed the loo TWELEVE TIMES (I started counting on the third flush). Pretty evenly spaced throughout the movement. 12 times. Grunt, splash, flush x12.

That's not normal is it? Tell me that's not normal.

Once, mid-poo, maybe, if you're particularly worried that you've been building up to a very smelly one. But 12?
