I don't really get the big problem, yes the player couldn't get out of the way

yes it wasn't intentional handball, but it clearly struck his body, if it hadn't then a clean shot on goal was still on

As much as it was all unfortunate, it was still handball

I'm surprised Rennie is getting so much grief about it.
