The technical director has no input into transfers

What Adams seems to do best is be a coach. His record with the kids is good. But being a good coach is only part of being a good manager. Peter the Pointer was a good coach. He was a crap manager though. IMO we should've let Adams carry on doing the coaching bit and let someone with experience do the managing bit
