...with team managment and coaching and that the appointment of same was to relieve the First Team Coach of all the bureaucracy that normally goes with such a role?
In effect letting them do what they want to do-coach and lead the first team squad.
If Malky wanted more control that would have taken him away from that, then what are his priorities as a Manager? To manage the first team or control the whole playing side of things, contracts and transfers included?
