I had started creating a pub crawl of my own and the end of yours is very similar! I thought about doing the riverside walk then, in order:

Adam & Eve
Wig & Pen
Ribs, Glass House, Michief and Murderers

What's Rev de Cuba on Queens St like? Went there a few years ago and it was ok.
