I was totally anti Malky in the Prem and felt we needed a foreign Bielsa type but

we're in the Championship and our short term strategy will have changed. Rather than trying to attract better more high profile players, we're now trying to hang on to the ones we've got, to give us the best chance of a quick return. Malky seems to be the most obvious choice to me. Worry about what we do in the Prem when we get there.
