Or you could take a copy of your plans to a solicitor, together with measurements and photographs of the problem erection. I'd also mention the intimidation. I'd be amazed if a solicitor couldn't help you.

If that was me though, I'd probably had flipped by now, I'd take photos of my neighbour's erection with boundary measurements and I would have just knocked the f**ker down. Or if I followed the police's advice re criminal damage, which suprisingly only seems to apply to your neighbour's and not the damage they have already done to your property!!!

I'd order a ton of concrete and build myself a patio, on their garden! If they touched it, criminal f**kin damage!
