Shaw vs Cole

it is a bit of a gamble this, intut? Basically seems Cole would be a better option to actually *play*, (eg should Baines get injured / suspended), but Shaw is being taken to hang around the squad and learn stuff or something.

Not sure I really get what he'll learn that makes it the right choice...
