Stating that it's a board consensus based on a fraction of the percentage of users, the. Using it to justify a point.
I doubt very much there are any individuals at all (maybe a tiny handful?) who have 'flip flopped' like that - simply different people speaking up at different times, no? That tiny amount then becomes, "what is 'the board' thinking?"
