I would say the most important thing is

it needs to be as easy to spell as possible.

Hughton was doomed from the start - and so it proved, with countless messages of 'good riddance Houghton' everywhere.

It's for this reason alone, I believe Adams is favourite. Very little can go wrong there.

The warning signs are already there for 'McKay'.
