I have considered all the responses below and am happy to report that we now have a much more interesting, creative list of managerial choices. I urge you to fire up your Google machines and research the following candidates:
1) Antoine Koumbouare
2)Herve Renard
3) Derek McInnes
4) Gaizka Garitano
5) Ming the Merciless

Two managing in France, one Scot, one Spaniard and a Mongoan. Well done!
