There are some other financial commitments that started because of PL status

The Academy plans for "n" new pitches and extra accommodation will be under way.
Floodlights have to be replaced for HD TV but guess that can be put on hold.
The new media gantry will be unused I guess.
The promised general decor probably delayed
Probably close the London office and worst of all a reduction in the non-football employees.
