Eddie Howe? Bournemouth manager. Young, done very well with them this season

I'm aware he hasn't been around long, but neither had Poyet to be fair, and he's turned it round.

Same applies to managers as players - If you're good enough you're old enough. He's started well, so why not? Doesn't seem a particularly defensive minded coach either, and we definitely don't want another of those.
