PM: Tricholas Hawes. I've just noticed how close le Tour is coming to my house.
Only a couple of miles away, when it zips into Grenoside from Oughtibridge. Le Tour d'GPRSY. I'd quite like to go and see it whizz by, but I have a question:
The route map thing says there's a "Spectator Hub" near a rather pleasant boozer in Oughtibridge, but I'm thinking that if that's where they're telling people to go, it'll be packed and a rubbish view, particularly for Small People. Would we be better off just picking a stretch of road not declared as a spectator hub, and standing there. I reckon there's a great spot near Hillsborough which will have them properly zooming, because it's relatively flat (by GPRSY standards).
What do you think?
