the majority shareholding is Delia and MWJ jointly. Even their individual holdings are identical in number.

So I guess they get a vote each (under their individual holdings) and then another single vote under their joint holding ? (any company secretaries out there?)

But if they ever disagree about a major decision it must be really messy.
