Malky and Flem - neither the best footballers on the planet, but together they were tighter than a bull's arse in fly season at the back.

Holt in the middle, tackling anything that moved.
Damien Francis, back when he gave a s**t (Most of the time!), up and down, a genuine ball-playing box-to-box midfielder.

And up front, one of the most canny old warhorses in the league. Strong as an ox (And almost as mobile) and good in the air.

Then hang pace and skill in bags off that in the form of McVeigh/Henderson, Huckerby, and Mckenzie. Couple that with two rock-solid if unspectacular fullbacks, and you have one hell of a team.

Then take a look at the leadership - Malky and Iwan especially, but even the likes of Gary Holt wasn't afraid to give it both barrells if he felt like it.

That was a f**king outstanding TEAM. Now we have a few good individuals and some utter s**te. How times haev changed
