re your concern about the bigger picture. most folks are focused on managerial or player shortcomings, the real problem lies four square with the board. the club has lost direction. to blithely think that a change of manager and squad shuffle can get us back up in the prem and consolidate a decent spell there is f**king utter madness. change is needed board level. if the ceo can't effect this change, then someone needs to effect a change of ceo. my fear is the board are too shortsighted.
