I would say "Podria confirmar que ha recibido la orden correctamente."
for the last sentence as it's slightly more polite (would you be able to confirm), but I'm not an expert by any means. It all looks correct though. Possibly it should be 'han recibido' too if you mean 'you all' plural instead of 'you' singular.
Also, 'pero no he recibido esto' could be 'pero no lo he recibido'.
Ask Wurz or Brandonio though.
