I think you'll find that's not true!

We're 2-3 down with four minutes of extra time added and time speeds up where as if we're clinging on to a 1-0 lead, time drags.

This is also true at play times. I'm on duty and time slows down to a crawl. When I'm not on duty, there's not even time for a cup of tea.

Some scientist should come and research this phenomenon.
