Where should Sterling play for England in the summer?

For Liverpool today he was all over the shop but mainly central. I fear if he's just shoved in a rigid wide position he'll be another in a long line of ineffective wingers, such as SWP and Lennon. Was pretty scary watching him and Suarez running at us.
