Sometimes money isn't the prime selling point

Give him reigns over the club from the 8 year olds up. He seems to have a plan how to develop the whole club rather than just focusing on the first team. Really feel a club like Norwich with financial restraints has to have a sterling youth program. Ours over the years has been way less than impressive.
