I read a piece about how for Southamptons away games

He sent a team ahead to the hotel the team were to stay at a couple of days before the game. They took everything, the players own quilts, they changed matresses, took their own food etc.

Details details details, just to ensure the team felt at home even though they were away in a hotel.

Certainly seems to have gad a possitive effect on southampton
