which is sad indicment on society as a whole

Which means anything current going on, is just a cover up for the truth only coming out in another 25 years. If anyone is still alive and are brought to 'justice', they'll probably have enough money to lawyer their way out with witness accounts of "I don't really remember". Anyone dead will be blamed because they can't answer back

Which makes it a very s**t world to live in if something bad happens to anyone
