you believe the figure Arsenal say they have available for transfer funds at about season ticket renewal time (?100m is this year's figure) and then compare it to the much lower figure they actually end up spending. Of course it might just be that the glamorous figure they want people to think they are going to spend is actually bollocks (or, more likely, already tied up in property deals)
