James Bigg made a good point on twitter
If he was caving to supporter demand regarding team selection then he clearly doesn't have the mental strength for the job.
This aligns with an unnamed player saying how much nervousness he transmitted in the dressing room prior to games and that actually he was really critical and made the players feel stifled.
