as he hasn't breached his contract. He can do what he likes, other than work for someone else. It's Chelsea's decision to employ him to stay away from the team.
I'm sur eif someone was willing to pay him more than Chelsea are, then he'd be able to come toa compromise wagreement with Chelsea and leave their employment.
