I think it's much more that he's a 'preparation manager'. Worthington was like that too

So was Eriksson with England. He's good at getting the side to play in a calm, settled, structured way; he's bad at reacting on the hoof, changing anything in-game.

But so many Norwich fans have regarded him as a plain bad manager, and he's clearly not. He's a good manager. He must be given the way he out-performs his resources and handles very challenging circumstances very well everywhere he goes.

I won't be angry if he's got rid of in the summer, and will well understand it if he is. But as long as we stay up, the club would be justified in keeping him too. Weird - but that's how it looks TBH.
