Anyway, you seem to be confusing contact and damage with intent.

When a manager, with very little provoctaion, tries to headbutt a player then it is *extremely* serious. He lost it for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

He is not a player in a physically stressful situation and he is a man expected to set an example and sit in judgement on the conduct of his players.

He crossed the line. Hansen/Savage were spot on.
