A ST holder was offering his ticket for "the best offer by Sunday night"

quite often = potential touting, which Norway quite rightly warned against, as did many other people, most of the times "delias little gem" offered his ticket on "best offer" terms. I wrote, on a different "best offer" thread "Face value or f**k off."

"Happy to pay casual matchday value" = not sharp practice in any terms at all. Yes, the S/T holder will actually get a little bit more money at "casual ticket" rates than one nineteenth of the the price of his S/T. If you search very very hard you might just find someone who gives a f**k about that. But this board has never treated that as touting, because the ticket purchaser isn't being exploited at all.

Don't be odd. This is not touting, however you attempt to dress it up.
