Nailed it..........

Had yet another go at the salmon creamy pasta and managed to get it right this time (after several years of tryun). So good that it was almost sexual.

I did a google images search and found a picture with a sauce that looked the right colour.

I blended-up the onions with some garlic and cooked them in some butter & olive oil, a touch of tomato puree, chucked in non-smoked salmon and broke it up, added white wine, prawns, black pepper, touch of paprika, a bit of Philadelphia cheese, single cream. Chucked in some egg tagliatelle and cooked broccoli.

Blending-up the onion and garlic made the big difference.
