What we need is belief and tactics

We have a finisher in Hooper and I truly believe enough quality in every position, we just don't have a team who step onto the pitch believing they can win.

Or even if they do, when things then go against them, they don't have belief in the manager using tactical nous to change things for the better.

The piece on CH's substitutions (lack of) impact in that s**tpaper was a real shocker. Or rather, it wasn't.
